A customer needed to move a set of antiques from her late parents’ home in Florida to her home in Arkansas. She had carefully measured and photographed the pieces ahead of time to plan the move, since the items meant a great deal to her and her family.
The customer had already arranged everything with a different moving company. But when that company’s van arrived in Florida, the driver refused to load one of the antique cabinets, saying it was too big, too heavy, and too old to risk further damage. With her parents’ belongings already loaded and a driver unwilling to take the piece that mattered most, the customer scrambled to find a new mover who could finish the job quickly and handle the antiques with real care.
The customer called around and connected with Colby at Ravan Moving & Storage. Colby already had a truck heading toward Dallas with room to spare and offered to route it through Arkansas to deliver her items along the way. That meant the customer could cancel the first company and get her move back on track right away. Kenny picked up the antiques and delivered them within a couple of days, taking care to protect each piece for the trip.
