I underestimated the amount of help I needed BUT THEY KNEW WHAT WAS WARRENTED TO GET ME WHERE I NEEDED TO BE AND WHEN. They then came and packed a ton of my kitchen, which is a ton of electronics and devices. But these guys came to Miami in the middle of the night and were at my place by 9, which was... my preference. They would have been there earlier. They were kind, got it done like MACHINES. And the delivery the next morning was the same. Thank you all. I get traumatized with moving as a single woman, and I am so appreciative. My experience with Ravan Moving and Storage, specifically the owners Todd and Colby, exceeded any expectations I could have even made up. I chose them for their piano moving expertise and ability to store my belongings in a climate controlled environment.Todd was onsite for overseeing the load up, and disassembled the piano and supervised its loading. I couldn’t watch so I videotaped for later. The time and attention to every small piece of the instrument was meticulous!Our belongings were... stored in the climate controlled environment for 19 months. During those months we had numerous "false starts" on when we were ready for delivery. Two truck loads and an 800 mile journey to coordinate! (literally to the middle of nowhere, over 30 miles to the nearest 2-horse town). Again Todd and Colby were amazingly accommodating, understanding with no small amount of patience.The lead person, Kenny had been among the crew at the move out loading. After 19 months he still remembered me, and specific items/concerns I had. Primarily the piano.Additionally, Estin from Ravan and two men from a local company). Estin arrived over an hour early with the first truck to set up and prepare for unloading.My belongings are the details that make my house my home. Full of things of irreplaceable sentimental value! Aside from one slightly bent lightweight frame (that can be coaxed back) there were zero (I mean NONE whatsoever) damages of any kind. My military friends warned me to expect loss and damages. I thought one particular table was lost. After two hours searching for it, I contacted Todd/Colby Ravan. They remembered the exact item! Confirmed it was loaded and that it had been disassembled and wrapped. Five minutes later we found it! Who remembers that!! All parts to my piano and other items were all packed in ONE BOX!! No searching for individual bags or boxes. It was all in one place!! Just everything from start to finish, Ravan made simple and easy. Their professionalism and attention to details and me, made all the difference in putting my mind at ease. A long distance move is a huge life change full of stress. Ravan took care of everything! My "stuff" and my peace of mind.There are no adequate words to express how much we appreciate Ravan Moving.
